About Our Client

An international trading group offering full collections of watch and fashion accessories with headquarter in Italy.

Requirement s

Degree / Higher Diploma graduate

1-2 years relevant experience in sales operation or customer service

Experience in order administration, preferably in trading company

Responsible, adaptable, well-organized with proactive attitude

Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

Good command of both spoken and written English

Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilitie s

Coordinate with overseas customers and regional office for order processing

Responsible for preparing sales documents such as quotation and purchase order

Maintain sales transaction record for stock allocation and reports preparation

Provide support on daily sales operation and keep track of delivery status
