International company www.ExpoPromoter.com with offices in London, Moscow, Kiev, Shanghai and Sanya is looking for a Customer Support Manager who will be responsible for assistance and moderation of visitors’ and exhibitors registrations during exhibitions in China.

Requirements:
• Organized, structured, with strong attention to details
• Proficient Microsoft Office user
• Native Chinese with perfect written and spoken English

Responsibilities:
• To moderate visitors and exhibitors registrations
• To support visitors and exhibitors by phone, email, wechat, Baidu messenger
• To provide the reports

Compensation & working hours:
• Salary to be negotiated
• Full-time business hours (5days/week)

Summary:
