Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities
- Full set of order handling and processing with customers and oversea factories

- Prepare order confirmation, delivery note, invoice & credit note etc.

- Liaise with oversea factories for shipping documents and schedules

- Support on ad hoc or other jobs assigned by superior  

Requirements

- Certificate / Diploma or above

- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the engineering field.

- Independent, flexible, strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded

- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, able to speak Putonghua an advantage

- Experience in SAP system & immediate availability is preferred
