The successful candidate will coordinate all customer queries & opportunities for the EMEA sales region. This will involve coordinating quotations and providing timely information to all customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Facilitating all actions necessary to develop sales in the region for the electrical market sector Carries out co-ordination of quotations Provides timely information to customers to ensure optimum customer service Proactively contributes to all team projects Generate and work on daily Microsoft Excel reports relating to sales order management. Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Essential for the successful candidate to be fluent in English and German Good interpersonal skills are a necessity Previous experience in inside sales / customer service is desirable Good communication skills, both written & verbal are essential Analytical and detail conscious with a commitment to excellence Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Flexible approach within an ever-changing environment Advanced PC skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Outlook and Office), and common applications SAP and CRM knowledge is preferable.
