Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Receive customer requests and prepare documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges
- Update databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory
- Record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules
- Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms
- May schedule field service repair calls
- Handle requests for additional company materials
- Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems
- Support administration work when needed
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in logistics and customer service
- Highly careful, can actively follow up the logistics progress, very strong initiative
- Solid knowledge of logistics and familiar with the logistics business in the bonded area
- Good speaking and written English, can connect with US headquarters daily
- Familiar with Oracle and Office Excel
- Excellent communication skills; can face the high pressure work demand; can be strong independence and love the challenge
- Support office admin job when needed
