As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Smart Power Business Line (BL) based in Jiangmen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
You will be the first and consistent point of contact for customers and business partners of the HUB Asia Product Group/ Smart Power Business Line (BL) / Electrification Business in Jiangmen /China country/NAS region}. Reporting to the Order Handing Supervisor, and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process. Provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. Ensure outbound product delivery and tracking.

Tasks
- Handle order requirements according to ISO and SOX. To identify, analyze and resolving problems in order handling.
- Deal with customer’s inquiry regarding delivery time, logistics arrangement etc.
- According to certain clients’ specific requirements, prepare the certification of original.
- Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
- Provide report on customer goods received record for accounting department to ensure in-time collection of revenue.
- Monitor customer credit.
- Track regular target performance and provide results to management.
- To coordinate with planning department for confirming the lead time of the SO and deliver the goods on time.
- Confirm delivery time in time and offer OA (Order Acknowledgment) to customers.
- Prepare for delivery schedule ahead of time and keep customers informed.
- Create delivery note (DN) and pass to WH.
- To arrange and monitor out-bound delivery from factory to customers.
- Book air/sea/International Express bunk for shipment base on customer requirement.
- Keep customer informed shipping details (Invoice, packing list, B/L etc.)
- Check transport report that goods arrive to destination on time.
- To prepare customs related documents for export activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with International Trade, Marketing or Equivalent experience.
- At least one-year oversea sales related work experience (Fresh Graduates is preferred).
- Familiar with export procedures.
- Knowledge in Professional Product.
- CET 6, fluent speaking and writing English
- Professional knowledge and operation proficiency on SAP system.
- Confident and independent to problems solving.
- Good team spirits.
- Fluent in oral and written English (CET 6)
