This is a Customer Support Specialist role reporting to the Region / Country Industry Segment Manager in the Business - Motion, Motors & Generators located in Shanghai, China.

Your responsibilities

  • Working on contract implementation and management.
  • Coordinating and solving problems in the implementation of the contract to connect customers with the progress of the contract.
  • Coordinating the delivery date and arranging the delivery.
  • Submitting order change / cancel requirements.
  • Arranging customer factory visits and customer FAT (factory acceptance test).
  • Managing after-service customer windows for warranty period, submitting the CCRP and following up.
  • Managing trading order follow up.

Your background

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Science or above with major in Mechanical, Electrical, Commercial or Project Management.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience. Experience in Electrical / Automation background preferred.
  • English CET-6 or above, fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Basic PC skills, Microsoft office, SAP/ERP.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, have problem solving skills, ability to work in team and have customer orientation.
  • Must have good communication and coordination ability with excellent written and oral English and strong customer service sense.
