As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the Operation Excellence requirement from Business area/Company, drive the continuous improvement activities and deliver KPIs, in Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the Pricing Specialist, you will be coordinating with all function team - Sales, Products, Logistics, Finance, etc.

Your responsibilities

  • Collecting basic information and discount factor maintenance in Salesforce and ERP(SAP), agreement management, new customer commercial training, etc
  • Controlling process and SOX, all the special discount order checking, BAD application, return application checking, etc
  • Supporting Area salespeople, policy and process clarification, help to solve the systems error and problems, trying to give comments or guidance when they need for all the special situations, control the data strictly and provide data only to relevant person
  • Coordinating with all function team - Sales, Products, Logistics, Finance, etc
  • Working accurately and Promptly on sales monthly report, salespeople appraisal report, distributor/customer performance report, etc.
  • Supporting on audit and internal control tracking work

Your background

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a statistics, data, or analytical position
  • Familiar with Excel or SAP is priority
  • Must be accurate and prompt in reporting work
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be a Team player
  • Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and work with the team
