As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for contract review, supporting service and solution business in achieving business target, and ensuring we are in compliance with ABB related policy and O2C process for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Business Controller, you will review company sales and purchasing contracts to identify the risks and revise the contract terms according to ABB policy and company requirement.

Your responsibilities

  • Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
  • Monitoring the status of orders
  • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
  • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas
  • Coordinating and getting support from country legal, insurance and IP function, to ensure contract terms are in line with ABB requirement
  • Leading risk review application and management, helping sales and PM on the analysis of the risk exposure in the contract if needed

Your background

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project risk analysis or related area
  • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
  • Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
  • Knowledge and understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Software: Excel, Power Point etc.
  • A bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Law, International trade, Economic related.
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
