Customer Technical Specialist - Midlands

You will plan, manage and assist in the installation, implementation and training for new and existing POC systems and related data management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the customer experience through the pre-post installation phases via on site activities
- Completing allocated tasks within bid processes, conducting on site audits as directed by the Customer Technical Specialist Team Supervisor at existing customer accounts and reporting findings to the customer
- Supporting POC Regional Sales Managers with demonstrations / local seminars / shows as required
- Assisting with POC installation and training projects including POC IT solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or relevant equivalent experience) and proven related experience in healthcare
- You will have expert knowledge in Point of Care products
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and establish excellent professional working relationships across the Siemens Healthineers organisation and directly with customers.
- Excellent presentation skills are a requirement
- An advanced level of knowledge is needed in government reporting, safety, mathematics, scheduling, biology, medical technology, technical support and customer application support.
- A solid/working knowledge is expected in chemistry, hazardous waste disposal, sales support, computer operations and networking.
- The ideal candidate will be based in the Midlands area of England, this is a field based role which requires travel and overnight stays, in line with business needs.
