Job Description

• Diploma or degree in electronics, computing or telecommunications.
• At least 3-4 years relevant working experience
• A good knowledge of networking. Any certifications such as Microsoft, Linux and Cisco CCNA will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of IP video surveillance systems and technologies
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Excellent communication skills when in contact with customers, attention to detail, the ability to work as part of a team, being capable of managing stress, self-improvement and an aptitude for self-education, organization skills, initiative and determination
• Excellent understanding of English, both spoken and written
• Willing to travel, especially abroad.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the complete repairs process
• Managing customer complaints
• Organising technical and commercial courses for clients
• Attending client trade shows and events
• Supporting Area Managers during client visits
