What you will be doing:

•    Act as IT Project Manager for hotels within Accor network (existing ones and new openings)
•    Responsible for all IT projects, processes and services within hotels network
•    Act as trusted advisor to enable customers to apply our IT tools to achieve their business objectives
•    Monitoring and improving services delivered by Accor and Accor recommended suppliers
•    Solving day-by-day partner request that are owner specific or cannot be solved by Helpdesk
•    Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures
•    Accomplishes financial objectives, both investment and operation

Your experience and skills include:

•    Min. 3 years of IT experience and technical background
•    Project Management experience
•    Knowledge of ITIL principles
•    Very good technical IT knowledge about hardware/software (especially Microsoft Office systems)
•    Fluent English, Polish would be an advantage, any other European language is a plus
•    Proven experience in customer relationship management
•    Ability to advise customers in product best practices and optimal technical solutions
•    CISCO NA, MCSA certification would be an advantage
•    Solution-oriented
•    Entrepreneurial mindset
•    Self-direction
