Job Responsibilities
  • Sales data analysis and Ad-hoc reports
  • Depth understanding and dig deeper into the real requirements of different levels for valuable reports
  • Understand the sales strategy, market activities of next year from Segment Head and Area sales managers
  • Propose and present the sales target allocation in Area and territory level to BU Head with the provided total sales target
  • Propose and present the sales target allocation in territory level to Area sales manager and each KA Customer level to Area KA manager base on the agreement of area sales target allocation from Segment Head
  • Share the territory sales target in each TSSR and assist them to assign the sales target in customer level
  • Share the KA Customer’s sales target in each KAS, provide the suggested sales target in each sub-branch
  • Ensure the final sales target allocation fit for the annual sales strategy, market activities
  • Monitor and tracking the rationality of the sales targets allocation
  • Field force allocation
  • Analyse the Field force size base on the market requirement
  • Draft the territory segmentation solution
  • Implement the new segmentation for customer and sales target allocation
  • Administer of SFE daily support
  • Interaction and Collaboration
  • Actively prepare and participate in sales team/technical team meeting etc
  • Manage projects of interest for the sales team and/or the Department

Qualifications
  • Degree: Bachelor
  • Required skills: self-motivated, creative, good communication skill
  • Language skills & proficiency: English fluent
  • Required experience: at least 1 year business/data analysis, CRM system experience is preferred
