The position will be a part of the Customer Champions Agile Tribe under Customer Value Maximization Team. He/She will be responsible in handling end-to-end project management of test and learn customer campaigns targeted towards increasing product ownership of existing customers, and will cover the following functions:
1. Concept Development and Approval
2. Campaign Plan Implementation, and
3. Post-campaign Review and Analyses

• Manage the planning and implementation of existing customer test and learn resell, recapture, up-sell, and cross-sell programs/campaigns to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaign requirements by: (1) Profiling target customer segments’ needs vis-a-vis relevant product offer, and developing campaign concept (2) Adapting the relevant customer journey, setting up guidelines, process, and system support, and briefing key stakeholders for communication and distribution training support (3) Conducting post-campaign analysis to measure effectivity in meeting targeted business results, and identifying areas for improvements
• Manage the leads management process to ensure timeliness of handling and effective turn-over to Distribution: Distribution or assignment of leads to the appropriate sales channel and/or third-party agencies where applicable to convert the leads into closed cases; Preparation of leads report on a regular basis
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the planning and delivery of the programs/campaign: Distribution, Data Science, Products, Customer Experience Management, Branding & Communications, Operations, Finance, Agile Tribes, among others Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to meet operational and/or other requirements.
