Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this newly crafted role you will deliver analytics and insights to support the Omnichannel / Customer 360 efforts. You will develop and implement omnichannel/digital campaign analytics, test-and-learn campaign testing, analytics around content and channel affinity, and efficient sequencing of touchpoints.

  • Participate and contribute in omnichannel implementation team meetings to shape direction of projects based on analysis of the success of omnichannel initiatives

  • Provide data and reports to support assessment of omnichannel programs and inform prioritization of future initiatives, based on objective analysis

  • Work closely with IS to implement chosen solutions, and measure the appropriateness of technology platforms

  • Develop tools and reports to test and analyse omni-channel campaigns

  • Interpret, summarize, and communicate analyses to drive campaign understanding and recommendations for tactical performance tracking tools, and ad-hoc requests

  • Produce data and visualizations that enable tracking of defined metrics to ensure ROI of programs

  • Partner with the sales and marketing excellence team (S&ME), relevant marketers (brand and medical) and IS to ensure availability of reports and dashboards that enable measurement of omnichannel campaign success, and salesforce implementation excellence (including implementation of customer tagging and segmentation, campaign measurement, and customer targeting)

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry including roles in commercial operations / analytics

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including multi-touch attribution, impression tracking, customer journey, omnichannel/campaign analytic methodologies, as well as marketing analytics

  • Experience owning the full cycle of measurement attribution initiatives from ideation to implementation through development of rigorous methods for full funnel and cross platform measurement of media efficacy

  • Creating solution design, data layer requirements, and tagging specifications to implement analytics.

  • Experience working with Veeva platforms

  • Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, data processing tools (e.g. Alteryx)

Preferred Requirements

  • Working knowledge of web applications – MuleSoft, SiteCore & LiveRamp

  • Understanding of data mastering methods and data ecosystems enabling automation and customer engagement design

  • Benefits of MDH integration with Amgen Mastering Systems (Patient, HCP Master and Consent), MRM and SFMC, and what these connections enable

  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and benefits of incorporating GA to marketing efforts using Salesforce Marketing Automation​
