Job Description
上海市
1. Build team capability to reduce customer claims and continually reduce warranty cost.
2. Responsible for the claims analysis and generate report to negotiate with customers to defend on warranty claims externally.
3. Responsible to provide relative quality data and analysis information to relative departments, and provide Suggestions for solving problems internally
4. Lead and coordinate relative department to reach warranty target.
5. Working together with sales /application engineering team to service sales target achievement.
6. Develop and maintain a good relationship with customer
7. Organize training for customers and their service stations
8. Review agreements to insure Haldex service policy implement.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree is a must;
2. At least 3 years working experience in CV industry as service manager.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
4. Very Good English command both in oral and written
