We are looking forward to a Customer Interface Engineer in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Xi’an, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Be part of the new product development team during APQP. Ensure the Customer specification compliance both during the product and process validation, and after SOP, by working strictly with inter functional development team. Have the leadership of the qualitative change request vs Customer with the support of other depts. Attend FMEA’s processes. For 6M change, Guarantee the PPAP management, and submission to the Customer. And receive related documents, make record and save according to our requirement after SOP. Summit to customer the annual revalidation report and documents which required by customer. Carry out the customer return claims or complaints (0Km & Warranty) analysis with related team. Coordinate action plans related to preventive and corrective actions through 8D report methodologies (including follow up) and prepare the 8D report (customer). Guarantee the feedback/good service to the Customer within the expected time. Fill in the Global Customer claims database. Log on Customer web to monitor Customers performances as per standard forms in order to aggregate them in a global performance file. Investigate complaint on customer site after SOP. Support the Customer warranty analysis both at Customer plants and in house and define the yearly percentage of warranty responsibility together with customers. Visit Customer and maintain the Customer relationship. Collect the lessons learned case & improvement activities to fill in the format and shared it. Lead the customer visit due to quality issue and submit the actions plan to customer within the expected time. Submit the documents which were required by customer timely. Conduct product audit (If product audit includes Requlifacation, to be supported from PQE) Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor graduations in Electrical Engineering; At least 5 years experience in manufacturing quality, customer service; Fuse/electrical technical solution experience; Familiar with the quality tools etc. APQP,FMEA,MSA,6 sigma,SPC,8D; Strong problem solving skills and methodology, such as 8D, 5WHY; Excellent written and spoken English.
