This exciting role offers opportunity to: Manage customer quality requirements and transfer them to the relevant departments at the company, to drive and ensure customer satisfaction Manage the quality related customer complaints using the 8D method, focusing on sustainable problem solving and fast response to customers Perform first verification of failure and plan the Failure Analysis with the relevant department Be the interface with different teams to drive customer protection, problem resolution and preventive activities Drive escalations regarding customer complaints for a fast resolution and customer protection Lead and take part of improvement projects to take quality performance and customer satisfaction to higher levels Create reports and dashboards to enable data analysis and improvement of product quality. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor degree or above in a mechanical engineering or electric automatization, or similar industrial; At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing quality and customer service management; Technical working experience on quality problem solving in the industrial field; experiences with customer relationship management. Excellent external quality report writing in English and verbal communication ability; Strong logic thinking, negotiation, and persuasion. Yes!
