job responsibilities：
1、回复海外客户邮件。
Reply emails from overseas customers in French/German/English/Italian/Spanish。
2、翻译产品说明书。
Translate product description。
3、处理客户投诉 。

【任职要求】：

1、母语为法语/西班牙语/德语/意大利语；
Mother language is French/ Spanish / German / Italian.
2、汉语有读写功底，能够与中国人沟通表达准确意思；
Able to communicate in Chinese.
3、电脑操作熟练，通晓互连网及办公软件；
Familiar with computer,good with office software.
