Job Description

Main responsibilities:
· Communication (phone, mail) with foreign customers (visitors of the exhibitions in China), as well as the organizers of exhibitions (China);
· Search for new customers based in China;
· Client support to clients from Asia;
· Advising clients on technical issues;
· Preparation of reporting documentation on the current work and recommendations for change / improvement of work;
· Performance monitoring of company web site.

What skills are needed?
· Work experience in the field of IT, call center, tourism, e-shop;
· High communication skills;
· Excellent knowledge of PC;
· Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese;
· Fast learner, responsibility;
· Desire to work in a team.
