1. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (General Summary ，essential functions and authorities, etc.)

主要工作职责（基本概况，主要功能，权限等）

• Ensure smooth operational management of all DCs in Beijing and related service complaint handling

• Effective coordination between CA (Customs affairs) and TM (Transportation Management) to make sure the whole chain in BJ is efficient

• Budget control for NDC-BJs’ operation

• 3PL management: evaluation, audit, contract management

• KPI control for NDC-BJs’ management

• Data management & improvement in systems for warehouse operation

• Coach and develop 3PL team, to ensure that staffs are qualified and competent

• To work on the continuous enhancement of the customer experience

Other responsibilities defined in written procedures.

• Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures

• Project of NDC-BJ for continuous improvement

• Cross function collaboration to ensure a high level customer satisfaction

• Keep documentation for warehouse operation and service complaint handling per GOP/SOP

• Responsible for assessing people or 3PL’s risk that may lead to business impact

  
  

2. Basic Requirement, including Education and/or Knowledge and/or Training and/or key Relevant Experience required.

Experience

Rich job experience in warehouse management and 3PL management

Experience in Healthcare industry and MD&D industry is preferred

Several years of experience in people management

Education

College degree, preferably with background in SCM
