职位描述

As the Customs Manager, you will:

  • Take full responsibility of Customer Service management. Ensure to meet the KPIs of company
  • Customs knowledge transfer and deliver training to team
  • Cost saving and achieve profit maximization
  • Work with the team to develop action plans that strive to continuously improve areas of Customs clearance efficiencies
  • Customers concentration, optimize the process to increase the service level
  • Ensure timely updates of Customs & CIQ process relating to cargo clearance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Have people management experience
  • Good command of English language - both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with operation procedure in Shanghai boned area
  • Proficient in bonded e-book, familiar with the verification process
  • Customs broker management skill
  • Customs knowledge cover inbound, outbound, export, import and port to domestics
  • Good collaboration skill with warehouse operation
