• Check delivery required informaton and inform logistic engineer and warehouse for mistake
• According to delivery note and packing list make invoice andshipping documentation,etc.
• Send booking to corresponding forwarde and according to inco-term to arrange cargo delivery.
• Assistance forwarder to finish customs clearance
• Record delivery information in related file
• Check transportation bill with forwarder and custom broker
• Do analysis for transportation cost for special project, provide suitable scheme
• According to imported documentation, do custom clearance documentation
• Follow up every shipment situation
• Provide related information which China Custom needed
• Record all import and export quanity for handbook
• Do CIQ inspection for special products and material
• Do free or for special material
• Handbook maintainence and update
• New handbooking application, and handbook verification
• Apply payment for shipment duty and VAT
• Other task assign by supervisor

IKOR was established in 1981 in San Sebastian (Spain). It is essentially dedicated to design and manufacture electronic circuits and equipment for industrial markets, requiring custom-made systems for their products. IKOR contributes with know-how and added value to high quality product, ranging form the design and industrialization of the product to total integration in the client’s strategy.

Its products are widely used in the manufacturing automobile and white goods industries, including electronic locks, induction stoves, testing equipment, precision on-line measuring instrument, elevation lifts and vertical transportation control systems, etc.

In its 20 years of existence, the annual training plan for all departments of the company guarantees an up-to-date knowledge of electronics technology and the latest management and quality techniques in use, thus obtaining the best value of the company and the human team.

IKOR has taken the challenge of internationalization and exports its technology and products to foreign markets. In 1998, it opened a plant (MEXIKOR) in Guadalajara (Mexico) that covers 1,200 square meters with a daily production capacity of 250,000 units, quickly adopting the same degree of automation, flexibility and quality as IKOR in Spain.

Recognizing the importance of the Asian market, especially the advantage of China, IKOR has decided to establish a company called CHINAKOR, which is under construction in Suzhou Industrial Park. It will occupy an area of 13,000 square meters and will have a staff of more than 300. The construction of the factory has been finished by April, 2006. When settled up, CHINAKOR will become IKOR’s manufacturing center of Asia.
