6. Major Responsibilities
A. Import management % of time =40%

• Provide the right documents to forwarder on time
• Ensure all import shipments arrive at each warehouses (Boned warehouse, None-bonded warehouse) on time.
• KPI & related cost control, vendor management
• Responsible for payment of duty and customs tax on time.
• Arrange physical cargo movement from bonded warehouse to non-bonded warehouse
• Bonded area customs declaration operation
• Neaten and put customs declaration data to our customs broker
• Neaten and put inbound information data to 3PL WHS
• If have discrepancy need support supplier and planner to update
• Support 3PL WHS to management CIQ data of inbound (customs information data)
• Non-Bonded customs declaration operation (LANGFANG)
• Neaten and put customs declaration data to our customs broker
• Neaten and put inbound information data to LANGFANG WHS
• If have discrepancy need support supplier and planner to update
• Logistic Park transform to Bonded area operation
• Support supplier and their customs broker to finish customs declaration
• Neaten and put inbound information data to 3PL WHS
• If have discrepancy need support supplier and planner to update
• Support 3PL WHS to management CIQ data of inbound
• Express support (PM&QC)
• After receive DHL & UPS arrival notice and contact consignee
• With PM & QC colleague confirm about customs declaration information
• Neaten and put customs declaration data to DHL& UPS
• Inform consignee After customs clearance

B. Export operation & control for non-bonded warehouse % of time =10%

• Receive order from CS team and arrange shipment with different forwarders. Take lead to Coordinate with warehouse / CS team /forwarders/ Brokers to ensure on time delivery.
• All related Documents filing on public disk
• Control of broker/ forwarder for service level improvement.

C. HS data & CIQ data management , % of time = 25%

• HS data base setup , maintenance & Review, coordinate yearly review the data and ensure all info is accurate and updated.
• CIQ data management and improvement

D. Custom related project / task support, % of time =20%

• Custom related project support, eg, AEO certification project.
• Import & export operation process optimization
• Process documentation & Working instruction creation
• Other custom related tasks support, such as FTA related.

E. Other Task assigned by manager % of time =5%

9. Education & Qualifications
9a. Essential

• Bachelor degree in export& import, logistics or related business.

9b. Desirable

• Customer clearance certification
• Relevant logistics qualification certification

10. Key Skills

• Prior import & export and custom management experience.
• HS classification ability
• Fluent in both reading and written English preferred.
• A good team player.
• Good communication ability is required.
• High flexibility and ability to deliver results under pressure
• High command of responsibility
• Clear reporting skill
• Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint )

11. Experience

• At least 5-7 years relevant import & export , HS classification , logistics working experience and expertise.
