Key Responsibilities: 

·        Accountable for routine IMP/EXP customs operation through 3PL high performance driven.

·        Perform accurate and consistent customs declaration and review declaration elements through system operation.

·        Validate customs declaration data, monitor shipment status to fulfill AEO requirements firmly.

·        Coordinate and review customs declaration documents, including CIQ, license and customs statement if any.

·        Monthly validate 3PL’s billing, eliminate extra cost, and perform data analysis.

·        Coordinate with upstream and downstream functions to provide smooth communication and peak season/urgent supporting.

·        Proficient in HS classification and responsible for reviewing & approving HS code & attributes.

·        Closely work with LSPs and broker to ensure on-time performance and cost-effective result in customs declaration.

·        Strictly follow up Nike Principle "Play in line" and influence 3PL to standardize daily operation by negative eliminating.

·        Participate in initiatives.
