Eaton Corporation’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions group is currently hiring a Cx Specialist – Digital Experience. This position is based at the Syracuse, NY location. Position Overview: The Cx Specialist, Digital Customer Experience serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet our customer’s needs for the global Crouse-Hinds, B-Line, Oil and Gas business. This role is critical in supporting the design and development teams to deliver valuable digital features and capabilities that align with needs of the business stakeholders and/or customers to enhance the overall customer journey. Consults with project teams and business partners to collect, clarify, and translate VOC into business/technical requirements from which IT solutions are estimated and developed in accordance with business priorities. Coordinates with other functional teams including sales, operations, finance, IT and marketing to share customer insights and ensure that Eaton continually improves the customer experience. In this function you will: Synthesizes customer data to develop preliminary insights in understanding how customers use, value, and interact with our systems to drive electronic order entry usage Responsible for identifying issues from a customer perspective through analytics and VOC to better improve overall digital experience Contributes to the team’s overall understanding of all e-commerce platforms (EDI, VMI, OC) by serving as the SME for current system features, future enhancements, and new projects Gather requirements and execute on applying technical solutions to satisfy business needs Participate in new enhancement agile projects for Order Center Perform User Acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing along with new enhancement/support fixes in both DEV and QA environments Provides technical and operational support to marketing, sales, customer service, finance, and pricing teams Monitors SAP connection with multiple eCommerce platforms to ensure seamless order processing, synchronized data feed and successful document transmissions Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly metrics for upper management on customer engagement, electronic usage, and growth opportunities Performs troubleshooting and analysis of defects reported to determine the root cause of the issues Partners with customer master team to drive and align data in SAP Assist with cost reduction projects to help maximize efficiency of the Customer Service department Support month end financial activities Provide any additional ad hoc reports/activities as needed When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
