Do you know how to engage different kinds of people on a variety of cyber security topics? Do you have a knack for turning complex information into simple concepts? Are you keen to experiment with different training methods?

We are looking for an experienced cyber training and development specialist to devise our cyber security training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs both in our global workforce and our cyber security specialists.

Working across many departments you will

• design and implement group-wide cyber security education campaigns across the firm and outside UBS
• constantly review education content and messages in line with developing cyber threats
• maintain our mandatory security training which all employees must complete and deliver educational initiatives such as best practice campaigns, events, and publications to keep staff and clients aware of the latest risks and instill the right behavior
• Identify and assess future and current training needs of our cyber security specialists through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• deploy a wide variety of training methods, while keeping abreast of new training trends and best practices
• periodically monitor and evaluate our education program’s effectiveness and cultural impact and report on them
• manage the training budget und project portfolio
• provide opportunities for ongoing development
• prepare an educational response to specific business requirements, incidents or crisis situations and tailor training and content as necessary
