An established banking group is seeking for a Cybersecurity Manager for their 1st line of defence team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions/ technologies, strong understanding of cyber thread landscape, is CISSP/ CISM certified and has financial services experience. Both Chinese and English are essential to this role.

Sits under the IT Department, this Cyber Security Manager takes ownership to keep implement/ manage cybersecurity solutions and technologies, keep abreast of latest cyber thread landscape and identify potential risks/ impacts that could be made to the bank. You will also lead the deployment of mitigation changes in order to safe-guard the bank from latest risks and threads.

You will represend the IT team and communicate with 2nd & 3rd line of defence teams. And from time to time, you will assist with handling HKMA's questionnaires and reports.

Profile

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in I.T./ Computer Science related disciplines

• Is CISSP certified

• With 10+ years' working experience in I.T., of which a minimal 5+ years in Cybersecurity or Information Security

• Familiar with financial services regulator's standards and requirements (i.e. HKMA, SFC; etc.)

• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration ability

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
