Description

- Program Management:
As part of DMO Cybersecurity team, the Specialist will be responsible for ensuring cyber initiatives are properly prioritized and managed in order to effectively support and execute the DMO cyber strategy.
Administer program intake process in order to prioritize initiatives within the regional cybersecurity organization.
Align programs with the global cyber strategy and roadmap by coordinating with the global peers and local IT teams.
Build and maintain relationships with local IT support team and application teams for the successful management and implementation of cybersecurity initiatives.
Gather feedback on program execution and strive to enable continuous improvement of the cyber function..

-  Project Management:
Coordinate with the Cyber Security Project Sponsor and appropriate stakeholders to stay informed of cyber activities and initiatives and provide support through to completion.
Administer the DMO Cyber Security Project Process.
Manage Cyber Security Project Implementation and track local cyber initiatives through heir lifecycle.
Provide visibility over project management through targeted progress reporting.

- Budget Management:
Quantify and track the Regional Cybersecurity Organization’s funding needs to deliver on its strategy.
Develop templates, enablers and processes for receiving, reviewing and prioritizing funding requests and business cases in alignment with DMO global budget management processes.
Ensure proper allocation of regional cyber funds in alignment with the global cyber strategy.
Provide support for managing and balancing the budget of the DMO Cybersecurity Organization.

- Metrics & Performance Management:
Build and operate a data gathering and reporting infrastructure to enable program and performance management, tracking and ongoing improvement. 
Build and maintain a reporting infrastructure to collect program and performance metrics and maintain alignment and consistency with Daimler AG.
Collaborate with other cyber functions and ensure metrics are consistently collected and reported.
Report performance metrics to RISO

- Collaboration & Teaming:
Collaborate closely with the cyber functions to maintain cybersecurity program governance and ensure strategic goals are met.
Align program management and budget management processes.
