Develop and enforce security operations policies and procedures necessary for safeguarding applications
• Prepare and control the budget for security operations to ensure delivery of high quality security operations services
• Oversee the coordination of staff during an cyber security emergency situation
• Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action
• Oversee the installation of safety alarms within and arosund building premises
• Schedule shift patrol to ensure a building/property is guarded at all times
• Develop and manage the processes for securing classified and sensitive information
• Order the supply of security tools and equipment required in carrying out security operations
• Prepare and present reports of incidents and ways to limit reoccurrence
• Liaise with public regulatory enforcement agencies and cyber security department
• Oversee the planning and coordination of security operations during high-risk events.

Deployment of cybersecurity solutions in alignment with business needs, Daimler and DMO architectural principles, security protection requirements, and required functionality throughout the systems development life cycle.
• Support the deployment of cybersecurity solutions in compliance with DMO' global cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Define impact of new systems or applications to DMO’ cybersecurity posture.
• Conduct reviews of security configurations and changes in the region and market.
• Ensure Daimler standard security architecture reviews and testing is performed.
• Collaborate with Global, regional, and market resources to enable the integration of cybersecurity applications and systems
Keeping abreast of the latest trends in cybersecurity architecture and risk management.
• Stay current on industry leading practices and technologies.
• Actively contribute to requests for input and feedback into global Security Operations data protection and vulnerability management initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings with business members and participate in projects relating to changes in security architecture and solutions
Deploy and operate application security capabilities, solutions and requirements consistently across the region.
• Systemically identify and document application level vulnerabilities
• Communicate identified vulnerabilities and recommended mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with the markets and monitor remediation activities.
• Provide guidance and recommendations for remediating application vulnerabilities
• Track and report on remediation status.
• Facilitate and deliver targeted application security training
Communicate and coordinate amongst IT teams, international and vendor partners.
• Ensure open and effective communication channels between IT internal technology teams, business users, and external service providers to improve and maintain efficient business system processing.
• Work together with relavent colleagues based on IT solutions to do the system optimization.
• Identify, analyze, communicate, escalate and find solutions to issues related to the specific Chinese environment (e.g. CBIRC government regulation alignment).
