We are currently seeking a Lead Analyst Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management to join our Cyber Security Center of Excellence (CYBRCOE) team. The candidate will be based at any Eaton US Facility. The Lead Analyst Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management will build, deliver, maintain, and update technology, platform and system solutions in Eaton's Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. This Cybersecurity analyst will be focused on delivering, maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on the CyberArk platform. In this role you will: Provide subject matter expertise to and lead platform and system design, development, and implementation Work with resources across functions to deliver technology, platform, and system solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options, making recommendations, and highlighting operational or security risks, as well as providing alternative options. Tune and configures technologies and platforms to meet customer and operational requirements Coordinate and regularly updates technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security Monitor technology and platform to ensure required performance, availability, and capacity. Identifies and eliminates gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery. Continuously seeks to manage and utilize technology and platform more efficiently. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or a graduate of Eaton's Leadership Development Program Minimum 3 years’ IT experience Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship Position Criteria: Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Experience with the CyberArk Core PAS configuration and Privileged Access Management best practices. Must Have Experience In: CyberArk Core PAS On-Prem configuration and administration (Safes / Platforms / ACLs / Dual Control / Account Reconciliation / Audit & Monitoring) CyberArk solution components & topology (Vault / PVWA / CPM / PSM / EPM) Privileged Access Management best practices Active Directory administration and familiarity with domain/forest topology Linux administration & security concepts Windows administration & security concepts High Availability / Disaster Recovery terms and concepts Preferred: Endpoint priviledged management tools (e.g. BeyondTrust EPM) Application Identity Manager / Credential Provider / Central Credential Provider SSH connectivity / SSH key management best practices PowerShell scripting and security Non-human identity governance best practices API Integration security & scripting Managing database credentials (Oracle & MS SQL) Managing Privileged Accounts and APIs in Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) Secrets Management best practices Developing integrations between PAM and IGA solutions Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $81,800 - $145,000 a year, with flexibility based on experience and skill level.
