We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Lead Analyst for our Architecture, Governance, and Security (AGSCOE) team. The lead analyst will deliver, maintain, and update technology and platform solutions in Eaton’s Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. Focused on delivering, maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on the CyberArk platform. In this role, as a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Lead Analyst, you will: Provide subject matter expertise to and lead platform and system design, development, and implementation Lead overall effort and works with resources across functions to deliver technology, platform and system solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options, making recommendations and highlighting operational or security risks, as well as providing alternative options. Define tuning and configuration parameters/settings for technologies, platforms and systems to meet customer and operational requirements Lead lifecycle management activities for technology, platform, systems and related documentation to ensure operational health and security. Monitor technology, platform and systems to ensure required performance, availability, and capacity. Identifies and eliminates gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery. Continuously seek to more efficiently manage and utilize technology, platform and systems. Follow industry, organization, and ITIL best practices to maximize quality and efficiency Qualifications Basic (Minimum) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity is required. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee No relocation benefit is being offered for this position – only candidates residing within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH, Raleigh, NC, Houston, TX, Moon Township, PA, or Southfield, MI will be considered. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Position Success Criteria: Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Experience with the CyberArk Core PAS configuration and Privileged Access Management best practices. CyberArk Core PAS On-Prem configuration and administration (Safes / Platforms / ACLs / Dual Control / Account Reconciliation / Audit & Monitoring) CyberArk solution components & topology (Vault / PVWA / CPM / PSM / EPM) Privileged Access Management best practices CyberArk architectural design experience Active Directory administration and familiarity with domain/forest topology Linux administration & security concepts Windows administration & security concepts SSH connectivity / SSH key management best practices PowerShell scripting and security High Availability / Disaster Recovery terms and concepts Application Identity Manager / Credential Provider / Central Credential Provider Preferred Qualifications: API Integration security & scripting CyberArk Privileged Threat Analytics experience Developing integrations between PAM and IGA solutions Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal) Experience with on-prem migrations to Cloyd hosted (Focus on EPM) Identity Governance (IGA) concepts Managing database credentials (Oracle & MS SQL) Managing Privileged Accounts and APIs in Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) Non-human identity governance best practices Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely Secrets Management best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Time Management As a contractor with the Federal government, Eaton is subject to the Executive Order mandating COVID-19 vaccination.
