These are your tasks: You will be single point of contact for various stakeholders in understanding Cybersecurity maturity of the target companies You work to ensure that all risks are transparent at all stages of the M&A or carve-out process Leading the Cybersecurity Assessment of the target companies during the due diligence phase Driving Cybersecurity during the integration phase Ensure that the Siemens Cybersecurity requirements are considered appropriately in the integration phase Continual improvement of the M&A strategy and processes regarding Cybersecurity Develop and maintain preventive standard measures to support fast “work-readiness” of acquisitions Your qualifications and skills you bring in: The basis of your success is a master's degree in computer science, natural sciences, business informatics or business administration with 7+ years work experience in Cybersecurity 5+ years of experience and deep knowledge of one or more international Cybersecurity Standards is key (e.g. 27001, 62443, NIST) Being a trained auditor or assessor for Cybersecurity is an advantage You have strong experience and skills with Risk Management Methods and audits or assessments You have analytic skills and good communication skills to work with the different stakeholders You are committed and willing to work outside office hours as the target companies may be located in different time zones Business fluent language skills in English complete your profile What we offer. 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a future global standard Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG Appealing Siemens pension benefits Location-dependent childcare services to combine family and career Barrier-free locations Find more benefits here Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and individual preferences.
