Eaton’s Digital Office is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Montreal, Quebec, Canada facility and has flexibility for remote work for candidates living more than 50 miles outside of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Position Overview: As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you are responsible for governing, defining, planning, managing, and delivering products and solutions that are in compliance with Eaton cybersecurity policies in partnership with the divisions. This role will need to establish relationships & influence across business leadership, product management, engineering, and other functional groups to execute on the product and business cybersecurity strategy with customers, within CoEs, across other Electrical Sector businesses and partners In this role you will: Work with product and engineering to define Product Cybersecurity roadmap and execution strategy Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across Divisions to identify risks, manage dependencies and optimize resources and help to drive governance of the overall product cybersecurity program Drive internal process improvements across teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on cybersecurity, inclusion, efficiency, performance, and quality Identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and drive ideas to completion Ensure our processes comply with industry standard and certifications Articulate the technologies, requirements, goals, and milestones of Product Cybersecurity organization Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment through project planning and strong interpersonal skills Design and implement metrics to support the quality of cybersecurity engagements and building organization capabilities Lead other project managers to meet Divisions goals Drive Cybersecurity Technical Capability Assessment across Eaton and ensure compliance with maturity level defined for the divisions Provide regular status updates and stage-gate reviews to senior management and other stakeholders Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s in computer science or related technical discipline 10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience from concept through delivery 5+ years of hands on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 3+ years managing other project managers Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline Experience utilizing flex resources/labor to manage spikes in demand Experience in addressing cybersecurity concerns in software and embedded products Proven results from establishing and optimizing software engineering processes for different organizations/environments Significant experience with a range of industrial communicating products including industrial control, data center and power utility PMP Certification CISSP or equivalent security certification or training Knowledge of IEC62443 and UL2900 Standards and certification process Position Criteria: Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Superior interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to effectively explain technical concepts. Adept at communicating with globally disperse cross functional teams of design, marketing, service, manufacturing, aftermarket and R&D, including non-native English speaking team members. Ability to execute programs within a highly matrixed global engineering and operations organization. Ability to guide a group and provide direction on all aspects of project tasks, schedules and deliverables including being able to anticipate and mitigate delays or risks Strong problem solving and reasoning ability, exhibiting technical innovation and creative solutions Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills Travel – up to 10% We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
