1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research: conduct scientific research in areas related to cyberspace security. Independently undertake/apply for national, provincial, and ministerial scientific research projects with Beijing University of Technology as the first affiliation; or jointly undertake/apply for national, provincial, and ministerial scientific research projects with faculties at Beijing University of Technology; publish at least 2 high-level academic papers/articles and file at least 1 patent application; supervise or assist in supervising 2 graduate students.
3) Discipline construction: engage in developing the software engineering program, and contribute to advancing the program and the cyberspace security discipline.
4) Public management & service: providing public services according to the requirements and the arrangement of the faculty and the department.
