Eaton’s PSD division is currently seeking a Cycle Count Supervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro facility. The Cycle Count Supervisor is responsible to lead kitting team, ensuring the correct administration of materials in our plant, achieving the key goals as well as ensure the security in the area. Some activities related with the position will be: Inventory Error Analysis Accuracy in production attainment Max and Min in sub Warehouse Periodic accuracy in discrepancies Periodic inventory reports and inventory projections In-plant inventory transactions Work closely with Plant Stores / Warehouse and Logistics Inventory processing and accuracy Cycle counting Physical Inventory Intercompany coordination and Analysis of E&O Close Coordination with Production, Quality, Eng., Finance and other functions that impact inventory transactions Plan, create and manage cycle counting process as per VG policy Ensure inventory accuracy in the system meeting plant inventory accuracy targets. Perform inventory analysis to ensure optimization of inventory levels, Kanban, and min-max levels. Participate in ownership of planning and executing periodic physical inventory Create and Publish periodic inventory reports Perform root cause analysis Maintain focus on continuous improvement and change Play key and active role in avoidance of E&O #LI-AP01 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration or related career 3- 5 years experience minimum in a related environment. BOC, Ethical, Transparent, Passionate, Accountable. Preferred Qualifications: Broad technical knowledge in the areas of shipping , warehousing and Receiving areas, quality assurance, production/materials planning, maintenance needs and systems application, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Super User, AutoCAD B, Photoshop, Access Databases, Basic knowledge of national and local safety and environmental standards, guidelines and policies such as ISO, MESH and/or applicable regional initiatives We make what matters work.
