KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责)

1. Increase our ability to compete in a market with fewer, larger and more complex customers. (top50-300).

2. Defend against future competitive activity – build deep customer relationships and be seen as a solution provider

3. Increase sales and profit growth – large customers are harder to sell to

4. More effective use of limited internal resources

5. Market movement to a sophisticated and formalized purchasing process – shift in influence and decision making from clinical decision makers to hospital administration and large purchasing organizations shared across multiple hospitals

6. Primary contact for Strategic Relationships [Customer General Manager and internal team lead]

7. Understands the customer’s needs and communicates these internally

8. Accountable for policy alarm and impact

9. Prepares annual account plan, taking into account BD’s strategic priorities.

10. Accountable for BD’s activities at account


SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)

11. Maintains a continuous loop of knowledge sharing between customer and company to enable delivery of tightly focused, directly aligned solutions

12. Understands the priorities of all of the BD business units

13. Knowledgeable about BDX products and services

14. Provides field market intelligence

15. Accountable for overall performance of account
