The Diversity and Inclusion Partner Manager will manage a team of Diversity and Inclusion Partners and report directly to the Diversity and Inclusion Partner Director in GDIS. This position will oversee diversity and inclusion across our Business Human Resources Operations (BHRO) team, including manufacturing, supply chain, technology development, connections into regions outside the US, as well as our company's expansion efforts as a part of our IDM 2.0 strategy with a focus on reaching our corporate diversity and inclusion goals.

The Diversity and Inclusion Partner Manager role requires an individual with deep diversity and inclusion acumen rooted in a systems thinking approach who excels at stakeholder management, creative problem solving, leveraging data to influence, and navigating ambiguity in a highly matrixed and fast paced environment. Enthusiasm for collaborating with a diverse set of global business leaders and HR partners to lead a team that develops, implements and monitors solutions to attract, acquire, develop, and retain talent from diverse backgrounds as well as build an inclusive and equitable culture is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Subject matter expert in diversity and inclusion acumen with strong knowledge of internal and external diversity trends, benchmarks and solutions focused on attracting, progressing, and retaining talent.
  • Leads team of diversity and inclusion partners to develop and deliver strategies focused on Intel's corporate goals for the BHRO team and IDM 2.0 expansion projects in the US. Align across various business units and regions to deliver diversity and inclusion solutions.
  • Set priorities for the team and develop employees through active coaching, development, collaboration and performance management.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global business leaders. Identify roadblocks and introduce creative solutions to meet global goals and sustain progress.
  • Coordinates complex stakeholder relationships and implements solutions that address demonstrated business needs.
  • Implements tracking metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion strategies. Prepares quarterly reports, in partnership with diversity and inclusion business partners, for senior management outlining progress of initiatives and success metrics.
  • Leverages corporate programs and resources and adjusts to the unique delivery needs of the organization's global dispersion.
  • May lead or participate in BHRO and IDM 2.0 specific global committees (e.g. Diversity and Inclusion Councils) with diversity and inclusion champions across the organization, including participant selection, meeting management, assigning deliverables and tracking success metrics.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, Management and/or related experience with at least 5+ years driving diversity and inclusion initiatives with a focus on workforce representation, equity and inclusion.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relationship-oriented leader who possess the skills to navigate delicate issues with discretion across various business units, regions and communities.
  • Robust data driven and analytical skills to uncover key insights, make key recommendations, and influence decision making.
  • Experience leading a global team and having global diversity and inclusion acumen.
  • Demonstrated experience in public speaking and excellent communication including written, verbal and in presentation.
  • Passion for inclusion, equity and diversity, and bringing intentional, innovative solutions to this work.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
