D2C Box Supply Key User, Europe

Based in our new DTC hub in Amsterdam
 

 

D2C and eCommerce are critical priorities of our European strategy framework. This position is accountable to support the implementation of our D2C box project for Pet Nutrition and Royal Canin.

The role will co-create the interfaces between the box ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and existing systems such as SAP Atlas and Navision.
The role is working in close relationship with Mars Digital Technologies as well as local supply chain and key user teams.

 

What you will do:

 

Support the set-up and interfaces of the D2C Box ERP, linking with existing systems and processes

• Work as single point of contact between the functional departments and Mars DT
• Designing and implementing the Box ERP interfaces
• Implementation of SQL-reports
• First level support for continuous improvement during ramp up
• Working cross functions with other teams such as consumer care etc.

 

Testing and validation of the system interfaces as part of the implementation; ensuring business continuity and efficiency of the end to end processes

 

Documentation and Training:

• Documentation of business processes, parameters and ways of workings
• Monitoring of interface performance during set-up
• Training of new operational team members

 

What you will need:

• University degree or professional education ideally in informatics / supply chain
• 2-3 years of experience in key user roles (Operations or Logistics)
• Comprehensive knowledge in ERP systems and interfaces
• Experience in D2C related areas is an advantage
• Collaboration and stake holder management skills across multi countries.
• Analytics capabilities
