职位描述

Own and drive the programming and total consumer experience of mars pet care owned D2C commerce platforms in China. Enable our owned D2C business to serve our digital consumers, reach/exceed financial goals and build the brand by driving membership, traffic, engagement, conversion and profitable revenue on our platforms. Define and execute the overall platform business strategy including the following responsibilities:

  • Drive the business plan and strategy to hit our revenue and profit goals.
  • Management and coordination of cross-functional team, including but not limited to Card Store, Points Store, CRM, SCRM, Marketing, Analytics, Operation, Site Merchandising, and Membership.
  • Management and coordination of cross-brand team, including but not limited to Royal Canin, Pet Nutrition, Kinship, Whistle and etc.
  • Monitor and manage to E2E KPI’s—New members, Downloads, Conversion, Buying Members, Weekly Active Users, Annual Order Frequency, & Retention
  • Partner with the operations, consumer services and technical teams to ensure we are running our day to day business efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with our brand and Merchandising teams to develop the seasonal initiative calendar for owned platforms.
  • Pre-Season: Sets platform Geo business strategy & business targets with input from x-functional/brand team
  • In-season: Drives weekly read/react recommendations & execution based on assessment of prior week performance, consumer and sport trends, analytical insights, & input from platform x-functional team
  • Identifies opportunities to elevate platform consumer experience and works with appropriate partners to execute.
  • Partner with Global KINSHIP team to identify Business/Consumer/Brand opportunities to inform digital product roadmap.
  • Explore and help develop deeper partnerships to drive further collaboration, new digital commerce experiences and profitable revenue for Nike.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including being able to create and deliver dynamic presentations on complex business issues.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills & comfort with getting deep into the numbers. Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & plan optimization.
  • Solid project management and planning experience required.
  • Previous experience working with a premium positioned brand and understanding tactics that can both build and potentially erode brand equity a plus
  • Manage matrix structure, ability to work with x-functional business partners
  • Strategic thinking, drive the future, champion and embrace change

任职条件

1. 6+ years of professional work experience in an international company and/large retailer, including 3+ years of work experience in Digital Commerce business functional areas including marketing, merchandising, operations, analytics or sales.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills

3. Strong ability to define processes and manage continuous improvement cycles

4. Ability to work under pressure and global decision-making skills

5. Ability to lead the co-work with other functions, departments, external stakeholders

6. Strong understanding of Digital ecosystem, e-commerce landscape, trends and consumer behavior

7. Efficiently communicate in English both verbally and in written form is a MUST
