Direct to Consumer (DTC) Manager, Benelux

This is a newly created role to lead the execution and follow up of D2C projects locally, to support the transformation to D2C business model based on the principles of Prescription, Subscription and Reward, ensuring the business growth trajectory, aligned with our strategic plan to grow the category and Vision 2020-25. Ensure the perfect execution in Benelux, in high collaboration with the D2C Lead, Global and Regional team.

 

What are we looking for:

 

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience of which 3 years' within ecommerce
• Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent e-commerce studies. Additional technical education within digital marketing is considered an asset.
• Proven track record of Route to market optimization
• Strong project management experience
• Strong competency required in stakeholder management and liaison
• Analytical and reporting experience
• Fluency in English and at least one local language

 

What would be your key responsibilities:

 

The D2C Manager will firstly focus on the project management and execution of the Benelux D2C models (pillar and Distinct). When implemented the D2C manager will focus on everyday management of the D2C value propositions and driving continuous improvements and efficiencies over time

• Responsible for management of the overall D2C Value propositions
• Support in defining local implementation of the global Distinct D2C value propositions and manage platform implementation (eg. Flagship Store)
• Monitor, analyse and report performance of D2C value models.
• Advice on improvements to drive short and long term value
• Enrich service level over time (take actions to improve NPS)

 

Technical oversight
• Raise new irritants and opportunities, liaising with global team to resolve Platform operations
• Monitor, analyse & report performance
• Localise global activation toolkit, including piloting and improving merchandising

 

Acquisition
• Together with the D2C lead and digital media specialist implement & optimise the D2C media strategy, including SEO
• Collaborate with the pillar teams to understand pain points and improve overall pillar driven acquisition model
• Activate and manage local operations (with Customer Service, Consumer Care, Logistics, Finance and IT)
• Operate Flagship Store day-to-day with support from Customer Service team
