Job summary
Ensures business development, planning and implementation of actions aimed at maximizing student recruitment results for all didactic programs in relation to the assigned geographic region.
Key purpose of the role
- Business Development – Ensures monitoring of the assigned geographic region (analysis of sector trends, analysis of competitors, identification of new opportunities), the management of international network consolidation and development activities (public and private institutions, universities and schools, opinion leaders), proposes initiatives to support the brand image and reputation of the Schools and indications for innovating the respective academic portfolio.
- Marketing Planning – Ensures the elaboration, development and update of the operational activities plan for the assigned region (fairs, events, visitation plans, online activities, etc.), as well as proposals for elaborating the cost budget, in according with the Line Manager; manages the agencies network and assures its expansion and development.
- Monitoring and Reporting – Ensures the implementation of operational activities plan (checking of agency operations, organization of visitation plans and counselling activities, participation in educational fairs and events); organizes travel activities; elaborates reports concerning enrolment process; guarantees monitoring of the CRM and of the pipeline for generated leads; ensures the identification of promotional opportunities and communication channels in the assigned region (events, fairs, press, etc.).
- Field Network Management – Manages relations with reference agencies and guarantees full support in terms of guidelines and problem solving; support the agencies during visits and presentations; supports the Line Manager in the definition of commission policies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a Degree in in Economics, Marketing or Business Management or equivalent. Minimum of 3/4 years in an International Sales role within a dynamic and international environment preferably in education sector.
Furthermore, he/she has solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Market and customer-oriented, relevant sales and relationship skills, target oriented, strong planning and organizational skills. Able to work under deadline pressure. Proactivity and flexibility.
Fluent knowledge of Chinese and English is key.
