Role Summary:
Provide support and engage in data & analytics/automation projects, play as a project manager and hands-on data engineering, data visualization jobs, leverage innovative technologies in data & analytics/automation to drive business impact.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assistant in capturing data & analytics/automation requirements from internal customers
• Assistant in data identification, data verification with customers
• Working in a technical environment to develop, deploy descriptive, diagnostic and predictive models/solutions
• Support the development of software, data and technology platform that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different projects
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Major in computer science, information management, engineering, finance, or business management.
• Graduate in 2020.
• Working knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good math skills: algebra, formulas, problem solving
• Basic statistical operations: Normal Distribution, Variance, Comparative Analysis
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Strong work ethic and results oriented
• At least 2 months full time internship (July and Aug 2019) is preferred.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience in a team environment, willing to lead, getting results through others
• Familiar with data mining techniques, e.g Python, R, etc
• Familiar with data visualization tools, e.g Tableau, Spotfire, Cognos, SAP BO, etc
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Familiar with ETL tools, e.g. Talend, Informatica, etc
• Familiar with RPA (Robotic Process Automation tools, e.g UIPath, Blue Prism、Automation Anywhere, etc
