Position Description: Position Description: 1. The Lenovo Data Center Group (DCG) is recruiting DC Power Design Engineer to cope with its expanding Server Development Business. 2. Lenovo is committed to assure the utmost quality and technical superiority of its Server Product.Achieving this goal will be impossible without a comprehensive power design capability by a team of server DC power design experts. 3. This position is responsible to cover all development engineering aspects of DC power design. Good power design technology management skills to ensure design can meet our product requirement. 4. Perform spec reviews, discussion and technology comparison to recommend power solution and vendor selection 5. Provide new power design technology assessment and perform market research 6. Manage and guide vendors to follow Lenovo process, product spec to complete design developing 7. Detail review on design and checklist for generating validation guidance and test plan ensure design qualified 8. Own strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to help management to make critical decisions and learn lesson for issue prevention #### Position Requirements: 1\. Master or bachelor degree in power electronic engineering 2. Minimum of 7 years experience on DC power design and development for Server or Storage product 3. Capable to handle issue debugging and resolution 4. Experience with design tools: Mentor Graphics, Cadence 5. Good team player and team working. 6. DC power simulation skill is a plus.
