This exciting role offers opportunity to: Aligning to CPS APAC and Global strategy, define and implement DC ( Direct current product and Solid State Transformer product ) and Renew-energy product ( Power conversion system, Inverter, storage system ) strategy, roadmap, and manage product portfolio of CPS strategic products. Own responsibility for overall results of the assigned product lines and business portfolio, mainly market growth, revenue generation and profit to meet the targets。 Monitor the creation and development of energy transition and strategic product offerings. Conduct enabler to pull/push sales force to optimize sales/profit/market share for the renew-energy product line. Lead creation, execution, and analysis of VOC plans; link prioritized customer needs in price/performance on product lines with focus on future product requirements including enhancements and break through, taking into consideration of current and future competitive landscape. Owns the prioritization, understanding, and delivery of margin opportunities across the product line (including pricing, cost reduction, and quality improvement) Develops clear and structured analysis based on understanding/research of market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics, supporting longer-term strategic plans and product innovation roadmap. Conduct global alignment with respect voice of APAC ( China, East Asia, India and ANZ) with GPL communication. Delivers training to both internal (sales, marketing etc) and external (customers, distributors, etc.) stakeholders on assigned product lines. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Multiple years’ experience in product line management of electrical products, and a background in product management of energy transition products will be a strong plus. Ability to be innovative in meeting the overall goals of the product lines. Demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting, and developing business strategy. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original market/industry opportunities Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, Communication & presentation, collaboration, analytical mind & problem solving, drive for results Merge & Acquisition experience is preferred Yes!
