Job Description

• In-month ND (Nike Direct, including NFS/NSO/DIGITAL/Product finder) channels outbound shipment planning execution based on cross-function aligned shipment plan.
• ND channels monthly/weekly/daily shipment tracking to make sure delivery in full on time.
• Nike consumer moments inventory deployment planning execution.
• ND channels OB holiday like CNY OB plan align and execution.
• In-month ND channels shipping forecast refresh and update to Ops team.
• Act as a bridge to connect Plant 1039 operations with ND MPO team to fulfill urgent business request.
• SAP & WMS system performance monitoring and issue following. (OB ND channels)
• SAP/WMS testing support.
• Perform as CLC product finder business contact window if any exceptions happen.
• Monitor 3PL delivery performance (on time processing/order fill rate/unit fill rate/order accuracy).  Identify areas for improvement and work with internal and external parties for action plans.
• Collect and verify monthly report data and perform analysis on Retail operating cost.
• ND channels OB reports, like monthly/weekly/daily outbound shipment forecast;
• 3PL OB planning team daily performance monitoring and improving.

Job Requirements

• 4-year Degree.
• At least 2 years of work experience in logistics operations, delivery planning, customer service or order management.
• Having SAP knowledge and Sports footwear, apparel and equipment or similar products handling experience is preferred.
• Technical: Good computer/Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
• Communication/Language: Good internal and external communication skills/fluent in written Chinese and English
