The DCAI and NEX are at the heart of Intel's transformation from a PC company to a company that powers the cloud and billions of smart, connected computing-devices. The data center is the hub for every data-driven service - from artificial intelligence to 5G to high-performance computing that fuels the cloud, communication, enterprise, and governments around the world.
About this role:
College graduates hired full-time into this program will complete (3) 7-month rotations prior to final placement within DCAI or NEX. Rotation professionals will work alongside a combination of DCAI and NEXs world-class teams gaining exposure to the product portfolio and business processes. Rotation assignments can span across the business portfolio ranging from working on customer centric solutions, strategy, communications, marketing, business planning, data analysis, project/program management and more.
In this role you will work on challenging business projects that help drive critical business and organizational goals and will have the opportunity to learn about Intel's Datacenter, AI, Network and Edge products and business, build a robust and business acumen, attend events that provide professional development and networking opportunities, receive coaching and mentoring from our internal network of professionals.
Responsibilities can vary depending on the rotation assignment such as:
Relationship building with stakeholders, manage programs of large (may be global) scope, secondary or indirect support of customer product. Set project objectives and goals, assigns overall tasks to others managing general areas of responsibility in support of program goals. Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals, ensures that quality standards and budget constraints are met. Develop communication strategies and/or lead transition change management efforts. Drive, implement and execute marketing strategies, and business analysis functions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are not required but are a plus factor. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
This is an entry level position and you will be compensated accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project management and database management experience
• User story development and influential communication
• Agile or scrum/certification, Project or Program Management Certification

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$77,840.00-$116,840.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
