Job Description
Position Description: Lenovo is seeking a Lead Development Specialist (LDS) to join our marketing team in Monterrey, MX. Daily tasks include engaging prospects within target accounts via phone, email, and social channels to identify sales opportunities. The Lead Development Specialist will also be responsible for following up with and qualifying leads from multiple sources such as inbound marketing campaigns, online responders, events (virtual & face-to-face), and digital advertisement. This is a high-volume outbound role, and you will be required to call 75+ prospects daily. Must be self-motivated, have sound time management skills with meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding goals. Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with marketing ready leads resulting from demand generation activities and nurturing those leads to opportunities for sellers • Perform high volume calling with end-goal of identifying qualified opportunities • Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to identify target accounts and cultivate prospecting lists • Enhance contact and company data of prospective customers within CRM (Dynamics), ensuring information is accurately documented • Work alongside the Marketing team to identify trending verticals and to conduct data-driven communication with prospects • Maintain and provide reports on the status of leads and prospecting activities. #### Position Requirements: Requirements: • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change • Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) • At least 1-2 years in a sales or lead development role with a track record of success • Experience cold calling, making 75+ calls per day • Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking (Preferred) • Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills • Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high- quality customer service • Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals • Excellent phone presence and experience making phone calls in an open environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
