Join our team as the ANZ DCG Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for
developing collaborative marketing strategies, creating and successfully
rolling out comprehensive marketing plans for the Data Center Group.
Generating demand as well as being the DCG subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities & Job Scope:
• As an ANZ Marketing leader [ Australia and New Zealand], you will be
directly reporting to AP DCG CMO / Head of Marketing. Responsible for
transforming and growing marketing into profit center with clear KPIs defined
for the ANZ region.
• Develop and execute Data Center Group (DCG) Marketing plan and programs to
drive awareness, demand generation and channel enablement to establish DCG as
the most strategic partner for Enterprise solution player
• Orchestrate annual and quarterly marketing planning aligning with Business
strategic priorities with clear goals, roadmap and milestones
• Lead and implement campaigns thru Integrated Marketing Communication with
big focus on Lenovo DCG led / 3rd party / alliance events and 360 degree
digital/
• Liaise and work closely with alliances partners on co-marketing and GTM
development.
• Develop & implement segment-based campaigns to promote DCG solution
portfolio: Think System, Think Agile, AI / HPC and Big Data & Analytics
• Develop C-level executive program to win the mindshare of key decision
makers of target key accounts
• Establish strong database contacts to support C-level campaigns and account
relationship building. Support end to end lead management process with
leveraging regional tools and infrastructure.
• Lead & manage day to day the ANZ marketing team (Internal and external
resources) & give clear strategic direction
• Provide Quarterly Guidance on:
o Focused, consistent messaging and identity
o GTM readiness aligned across product, channel, event, digital, social media
and PR/Media
• Establish systematic cadence to provide updates and discuss key priorities
with AP DCG Marketing, ANZ Business leaders, WW DCG Marketing and AP Segment
leaders.
• Responsible for marketing automation (Marketo and Dynamics) for Database &
lead management, tracking and campaign effectiveness
• Operational Efficiency:
o Integrated and centralized process across all regions
o Cross leverage rest of AP DCG & WW DCG Marketing Best of breed
o Marketing Investment management which includes vendor payout, proof of
execution submission and 100% brand compliance of all creatives.
#### Position Requirements:
Candidate Profile Requirements:
• Strong proven track record in driving and delivering world class demand gen
programs in B2B Technology Marketing.
• Degree holder, preferably in marketing.
• 10-15 years working experience in Enterprise/B2B Technology marketing
leading with in depth knowledge on Cloud, SDI, HCI, Server and Storage
marketing
• Regional experiences in APAC marketing with connection and network covering
key technology players
• Experience in managing Marketing Automation & CRM [ Marketo and Dynamics] &
lead management system is a must
• Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and
presentation skills
• Sensitive and strong in figures, cautious and attentive to details
• Fast learner; must be a taskmaster, ability to multi-task and work at a fast
pace
• The ability to perform independently, hands on and to work well in a team
environment
• Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
