professionals in Monterrey, Mexico for our Data Center Group.  If you are

We are currently looking for a skill Marketing Operations Team Lead who will
be responsible for supporting the overall processes and programs by being able
to read and manipulate  data coming  from Lenovo’s CRM, Marketing Databases
and other similar MarTec tools. This data in turn will then help the NA & LA
Marketing Directors with their reporting, and is required to make agile
decisions.   is available and accurate on an ongoing basis.   business

Marketing leaders in NA and LA to ensure a correct handling of accurate data
and business management systems.  The person will participate in the Marketing
planning process and execution of the plan, defining KPIs and tracking the
results. This person will coordinate internal and external resources that
guarantee a correct follow up.  This role will also manage and lead the local
Marketing Team on site in Monterrey responsible for supporting WW Marketing
efforts.    Responsibilities will include motivating team members, providing
help to WW Marketing Leads, including hiring and training, and keeping
management updated on team performance.   Having a passion for reading and
manipulating data and being able to find the story within the numbers is
critical.


The position requires excellent planning and organizing skills, good
communication skills, experience working on a complex, multi-cultural
environment, and proven problem-solving techniques.   Ongoing interaction and
collaboration across a number of groups, including Functional teams, Finance,
Procurement, Sales and an array of vendors and contractors.


Main Activities:
• Support the NA and LA Data Center Marketing Director in the planning and
execution process of the yearly and quarterly marketing plan.
• Manage the budget planning process.
• Follow  processes and tools to support Marketing. Teams to set up programs
and marketing plans.
• Coordinate the management of all aspects of quarterly programs: Markets
programs – excel files, reports, Lenovo’s internal and external tools.
• Supports the development and management of business-critical technologies.
• Ensure the team has a current view of the team’s business, tools, budget
allocation and else.
• Establish and maintain relationships at all levels needed to guarantee
success.

#### Position Requirements:


• Excellent MS Office (especially Excel) and Communication Skills.
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects.
• Great project management acumen.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
• Demonstrated skills with Data Visualization Tools (DOMO or Power BI
preferred).
• Bilingual language skill including English proficiency (our global business
language).
• Marketing, Sales degree or MBA Graduate Preferred.
